Role Summary:
We are looking for a BAMS Doctor (2–4 years experience) to join our Physical Wellness team and contribute Ayurvedic expertise to the design of non-invasive, child-safe, and personalized screening and intervention models for holistic child development.
The role focuses on translating classical Ayurvedic principles into modern, projective, and AI-compatible screening frameworks suitable for children and adolescents (8–18 years).
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply Ayurvedic principles (Prakriti, Vikriti, Agni, Ojas, Dosha balance) to understand pediatric physical and lifestyle patterns.
- Design non-invasive, projective Ayurvedic screening models for children, avoiding clinical diagnosis or invasive assessment.
- Contribute to personalized and adaptive screening logic based on age, constitution, lifestyle, and environmental factors.
- Develop Ayurveda-aligned interpretation frameworks that integrate with AI-based screening systems.
- Collaborate closely with the Pediatric Expert, Nutritionist, and Yoga team to ensure holistic coherence and child safety.
- Support creation of gentle, preventive, and lifestyle-focused interventions rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom.
- Ensure all outputs are child-friendly, non-pathologizing, and ethically aligned with pediatric wellbeing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- BAMS degree from a recognized institution.
- 2–4 years of clinical or applied experience in Ayurveda.
